The second winter session of AE’s Athletic Performance Training Program – Winter Session B- starts up right after the New Year.The session begins January 4th and runs through March 20th for a total of 10 weeks.Start preparing for your spring sport now with the help of AE’s expert trainers andgroundbreaking training techniques and get a step ahead of the competition!

Program Details

- Offered 2, 3 or 4 days per week

- Each workout is 2 hours long – 1 hour of NIKE SPARQ Training to increase speed, agility and quickness; 1 hour of core, explosiveness,strength training, flexibility and injury prevention
