High School Spring Prep Workouts Starting in 2 Weeks!
One sport ending means that another one is starting up soon.Take advantage of the downtime between your winter and spring sports to prepare yourself for spring tryouts and get a leg up on the competition.Impress your coaches by entering tryouts in better shape than anyone else! AE’s High School Spring Prep Workoutswill meet three days per week for three weeks leading up to high schoolspring tryouts. Each workout will be 90 minutes in length and will focus on speed, agility, conditioning and flexibility training exercises to fully prepare your body for the upcoming season.Through our use of the groundbreaking Nike SPARQ Training methods, you will enter your season in mid-season form!
