Athletic Evolution was founded to offer group and individual customized strength and conditioning programs to people of all ages and skill levels.

In today's ultra-competitive sports industry, strength and conditioning has become of paramount importance. Athletic Evolution provides customized, intensive training programs for athletes to improve overall strength, conditioning, speed, flexibility, agility, and body control while also mitigating the risk of injury in competition. All of these improvements occur under the supervision of our certified and dedicated staff of energetic professionals.

At Athletic Evolution we believe that strength and conditioning training is no longer a supplemental activity, but a necessary facet of athletics. We look forward to seeing you and guiding you towards your health, fitness, and performance goals.

The most important components of training to become better at your sport are to be intense, be accountable, and be consistent. 

  • Intensity: train hard, but more important, train smart.  If you feel hurt, tell a trainer and back off of the intensity for a couple of days. 
  • Accountability: If you commit to our program, be accountable to yourself and your coach and see the program through until the end. 
  • Consistency: train when you are suppossed to and take time off when you are suppossed to.  If you are not consistent with your attendance, you will only hinder the progress that you are able to make.
