Testimonials

Erik, I just wanted to thank you and your entire staff with the development of my son Kyle’s football training. Kyle started at AE in the summer of 2009 in the 2 day a week program and saw immediate results with his speed and strength.. He has since switched to the 4 day a week program and have seen tremendous results in his progression as an athlete. I recently asked Kyle what he thought he has gotten out of training at AE. He said he has improved in his “strength, endurance, footwork, flexibility, and overall work Ethic.” What he has learned most was “the proper discipline to maximize a workout.” I am most impressed so far with his speed. When he started at AE, his 40 yard dash time was 5.0. He has gotten that 40 yard dash time down to 4.68. I’m sure this will get even quicker since he is only going into his Junior year at Burlington High. I have personally watched him work out and the staff at AE does not allow anyone to slack off. Your staff is always pushing the Athletes’ to make the most of their workouts. I appreciate the advice you and your staff give in regard to what combines and Football camps Athletes should attend. We took your advice and had Kyle attend the New England football combine held at Bentley in May. There were over 150 participants’ and Kyle had a top 10 finish which he was extremely excited about. He also attended the Boston College Football Camp in late June per your suggestion. This camp provides maximum exposure to potential recruits at the next level since the camp staff has college football coaches from around all of New England and beyond. At this camp, this was where he scored his best 40 yard dash time of 4.68. We he scored that time, he immediately texted me and asked if I could “Send Erik and Dave Kaloyanides an e-mail and let them know.” David spent the previous day personally working with Kyle on his 40 yard dash starting technique. Again, thanks to you and all your staff for my son’s Athletic development and look forward to continue training there for the next 2 years with a hope of playing somewhere at the next level after his Senior year at Burlington High.

The strict regimen and strong support that I receive from the Athletic Evolution team has allowed me to develop the discipline that I needed to not only reach my goal but to effectively maintain it. Being able to lose over 20 pounds while significantly increasing muscle development has allowed me, as a 50 year old woman, to be in the best shape of my life while taking control of my health.

Athletic Evolution has given me results that have brought my game to the next level. I began training with Eric and Dave entering my senior year at Brown and have become stronger, faster, and more explosive. The knowledge and support of the entire staff as well as the facility itself are second to none, and have helped me reach my full potential as a football player. Athletic Evolution has played a huge role in helping me reach my goals as an athlete and has given me the edge to compete at the NFL level.

As a parent of two college athletes I am keenly aware of the edge which is required to compete at a Division 1 level and to have the capability of sustaining endurance during competition. Athletic Evolution has provided both my daughter Erica and my son Evan with the strength, agility and most important the mental toughness which can only come from being prepared physically to excel in each of their respective sports. I feel that Athletic Evolution is a best in class training facility that looks not only at the athlete but the development of the whole person mind and body to ensure success at all levels. Thanks to everyone for your dedication and desire to provide the best in training…

Athletic Evolution has been an excellent choice for professional training for my two high school student athletes. My son aspires to play college football at the division one or two level, and my daughter wants to play lacrosse in college while she pursues her competitive freestyle skiing ambitions. They both have benefited from training programs tailored specifically for these different goals. In addition, my daughter is currently working her way back from a major knee injury suffered in a competition, and resultant surgery. The staff at AE coordinated with her physical therapist to create a workout program that will strengthen her knee and boost her overall performance when she is able to return to the competitive circuit this winter. Although AE is known for its excellent football, hockey and basketball training programs for male athletes, the programs for female athletes are equally as strong. Both of my kids are immersed in intense speed and strength workouts four mornings per week in the summer, and after school during the rest of the year. Their progress is carefully measured and monitored, and they come home tired but recharged and motivated to go back the next day. They truly love going to this gym! They have become more confident in their ability to perform, and more aware of what being strong and fast does for their competitiveness. The atmosphere at AE is very special – competitive, serious and focused. Everyone is expected to do his or her best work. The athletes are surrounded by positive peer pressure. To achieve this, the trainers take a personal interest in the kids, and also serve as role models. All of the trainers are successful athletes and they all have much experience working with teenagers. I have been very pleased with the ongoing communication and feedback that I receive from the staff. They are very accessible and more than helpful to me as a parent. I recommend AE to any parent with student athletes who are looking for an edge in their sport. It is a unique approach that works on many levels and a wonderful training resource for teenagers who want to work hard and achieve.

As the mother of two college athletes and one high school athlete who are all training at Athletic Evolution, I wanted to share with you how our summer is going so far. My college athlete’s chose to do your 6AM training program four days per week because they have to go to work at 9AM. I had visions of them not getting up and making excuses each day of why they didn’t get up each morning for their workout and this all being a waste of money. The truth is that the kids get up everyday at 5:30 on their own and they can’t wait to go to AE for their morning training. My daughter has told me that she doesn’t mind getting up at 5:30 in the morning because the workouts are tough but at the same time, so much fun. My son says that the trainers take the time to understand each athlete and that Athletic Evolution has its own brand of workout. He loves how AE is able to take a summer athlete’s body and turn it into a mid season body in a few weeks time. They love that everyone in the group is focused on the same goal, becoming a better athlete and being committed to working hard and having fun at the same time. My three kids have all benefited from Athletic Evolution this summer. We look forward to seeing how their summer training impacts their high school and college sports this fall. I applaud you for the dedication you and your team provide for our high school and college athletes to develop.
