FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

Q.  How long are the Athletic Enhancement Programs at AE?

A.  Our Fall, Spring, and Summer programs are all 10 weeks.  Our winter program offers a 14 week program as well as a 10 week program

 

Q.  How long is each individual session of an Athletic Enhancement Program?

A.  Each session is 2 hours long

 

Q.  What age is appropriate to participate in an Athletic Enhancement Program?

A.  13 although we have had mature 12 year olds participate in it and do very well with it

 

Q.  What should I bring to my workout?

A.  We have a water fountain as well we sell Water, PowerAde, and Vitamin Water.  You         are more than welcome to bring your own water with you.  We also encourage our athletes to bring a hand towel as they will definitely sweat a lot.  Lastly, we ask each of our athletes to bring with them a great attitude.
