1 on 1 Specialized Training

Athletic Evolution offers several different personal training options – from one-on-one to small group training – for both athletes and looking to achieve specific goals that require more individual attention.We pride ourselves in offering the finest personal training in greater Boston, focusing on all areas of training – balance, core stability, flexibility, and overall strength and endurance. Our clients participate in a workout regimen designed and implemented by a certified and professional trainer, built around their own specific personal health and fitness goals.Whether you want to improve muscle tone, lose weight, or simply improve your overall health, AE can create a program to help you achieve your goals.Our personal trainers are eager to provide motivation, teach proper technique, and help each client see improvement during each 1 hour training session.

One-on-One Training

Are you tired of going to the gym and having no idea where to even start?Are you an athlete who needs some personal attention to really push you over the edge athletically? If the answer is yes to either question then Athletic Evolution can help! At AE, our certified, professional trainers will work hand in hand with you from start to finish to make sure you are on the right path to success.We will sit down with you at the outset to identify your goals and formulate a program focused solely on achieving those goals. Speed Training

Our speed development program is held in a 1-on-1 setting or in a small group of no more than 5 athletes. This 1 hour program is solely dedicated to movement training. Our goal during each session is to learn the fundamentals of running.

Our focus will be on all aspects of SPEED DEVELOPMENT:

  • POWER
  • STRENGTH
  • EXPLOSION
  • ACCELERATION
  • TRANSITION
  • SPEED ENDURANCE
  • MAXIMUM VELOCITY
  • SPEED MAINTENANCE
  • FINISHING

The Two Components of Speed are:

  1. STRIDE LENGTH
    Learning how to increase our stride length by becoming a more explosive athlete; Increasing our vertical jump and our broad jump are the fastest way to increase our explosiveness which in turn will increase our stride length.
  2. STRIDE FREQUENCY
    Reduce ground contact time via proper mechanics, sprint strength and speed mechanics. The fastest way to increase stride frequency is to have perfect full arm action.

All of our participants will improve their linear and lateral speed, their ability to change direction, and their ability to maintain their top speed (speed endurance) for an extended period of time, which will directly translate into better results on the field, court or ice!
