Combine Training

Athletic Evolution offers the most intense and disciplined NFL combine preparation program in the Northeast. The number one goal is to prepare our athletes both physically and mentally for what lies ahead of them and we do this by maximizing each and every hour of work that we do together. Optimizing the athlete’s mental toughness, confidence, and focus is equally important when preparing for the NFL combine / Pro day.

We will work and improve each athletes foot speed and quickness, linear and lateral speed, explosive power, strength and conditioning, and flexibility all while focusing on the specific movement patterns of each test as well as how to prepare and perform each test with the appropriate footwork and techniques.

We understand that not every athlete should and will perform each test with the same footwork and positioning, as each athlete’s size, flexibility, strength, and speed will dictate a personalized and unique approach that is designed throughout the training process.

Lastly, we understand that there is a difference between being an athlete and being a complete football player. There will be a sincere focus on position-specific movements and drills making sure our athletes are completely prepared for all that the combine / pro day will have to offer.
