Why Train While You’re In-Season?
It’s no secret that most injuries occur after the midpoint of a given season.Most coaches don’t have the time or the expertise to incorporate the necessary in-season training into their practices and thus everything you gained during the off-season is wasted after just a few short weeks. This is when injuries occur.
Our goal with In-Season Training is to ensure that you maintain the strength that you gained during the off-season and your body remains in peak physical condition so that the wear and tear of a full season doesn’t take its toll on you. If you look at any college level program, you will see that in-season training is just as important as off-season training. It makes sense – why would you put so much work into your off-season training only to lose all that you’ve gained before you even get to the midpoint of the season?If anything, as the season goes on, you should be even more focused on keeping your body in shape and limiting your risk of injuries.
AE’s In-Season Training Program
AE offers an In-Season Training program that focuses on two simple goals – maintaining the strength you gained during the off-season; and limiting your risk of injury throughout your season.There is no set schedule for in-season training – we give you the flexibility to come here when it works for you.Whether you want to come here once a week or 5 times a week, that is totally up to you – you pay one flat monthly rate for unlimited usage!

When: Monday-Friday – 3:00pm-8:00pm; Saturday – 9:00am-11:00am
