Athletic Evolution is interested in helping you train the correct way, while always keeping in mind your reason for training. We believe that the best way to train, prepare, and develop is to train with a purpose. Whether you are training to play Division I athletics, make your high school team, or simply get into better athletic shape, Athletic Evolution will help you achieve your goals through superior and unique training. Athletic Evolution’s staff of energetic, motivated and certified professional strength coaches will help you get to the level you aspire to achieve.
AE System
An athlete can train and put all the time and effort into their training, but if the time and effort is not channeled into proper workout techniques, then his or her time is wasted. The knowledgeable staff at Athletic Evolution will help each athlete accomplish the proper training regimen needed to become a successful athlete. Success with strength and conditioning training cannot be achieved by training hard for a day, or a month. An athlete must have the self-discipline and determination to consistently work day in and day out, both during the season and off-season.
Too many athletes simply train during their off season for a few months out of the year. When the season begins they leave behind the strength and conditioning component of their sport. In order for an athlete to truly show gains during the season they must cross train both during the season and during the off-season. All the improvements made during the off-season at Athletic Evolution will be lost during the season if an athlete does not continue to put forth the effort in the gym.
AE Mission
Mastering the skills of a sport is only one element of becoming a better athlete. Mastering the training techniques for that sport along with the skills will breed ultimate success in sports. At Athletic Evolution, we are grooming our athletes for long term success. Being prepared everyday for each athletic contest will allow an athlete to become confident in his or her ability. This confidence will in turn push the athlete to train harder during each workout session thus creating a circle of built confidence and athletic achievement.
At Athletic Evolution, all of our athletes train with a purpose in mind. This purpose combined with the proper training leads to success at all levels. Whether it is accomplishment on the court, ice, or field, Athletic Evolution prepares each person to go out and perform to the highest standard. This is because we expect the highest level of intensity, desire, discipline, and determination at all times from our athletes.
