o-lineOur goal at Athletic Evolution is to help each individual athlete achieve their respective goals.  Whether you are an elite athlete, an  aspiring  elite athlete, or  simply  looking to improve athletic ability  at any level , Athletic Evolution?s staff of energetic, motivated, and certified professional coaches will help you get there.  Each athlete will improve their overall athletic ability in the weight room and that will directly translate into improved athletic performance on the field.

Our training programs are designed by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and Nutritionists to improve each athlete’s speed, agility, strength, power, explosiveness, flexibility, and balance while at the same time minimizing the risk of injury.

Upon arrival at Athletic Evolution, each athlete will test their performance in different strength, speed, and agility drills.  We guarantee dramatic improvement in all testing once you have trained with the Athletic Evolution staff. Each athlete will also have a postural and structural analysis done by our chiropractor and physical therapists on staff.  This is done so we can treat each athlete as an individual, making sure that if there are any deficiencies or unbalances in the body, we can take appropriate action.

Developing Overall Athleticism

Athleticism is a combination of strength, power, coordination, flexibility, balance, speed & agility, explosion, and reaction. All of our athletes will run faster, change direction quicker, and  perform  with a new found element of explosiveness.
