Women's Only Group Training
Looking to loose weight, tone, trim, or relieve stress? Athletic Evolution has the perfect opportunity for you to achieve your fitness goals. We offer an innovative, structured program led by our motivated staff of strength and conditioning professionals. Each adult group training program is 10 weeks in length with each session designed to reduce fat, increase muscle tone, and reshaped your overall appearance. While training at Athletic Evolution, no goal is unattainable!!
ADULT GROUP TRAINING OFFERS:
- Proper instruction and motivation from a certified Personal Trainer
- Challenging and new workouts each and every session
- Nutrition guidelines (We will design a diet that meets each individual’s needs)
- Fitness assessment
- 10 week program that meets twice a week ( 1 hour per session ) with your trainer ($35.00/session)
- No gym memberships
- No initiation fees
- PAY AS YOU TRAIN
Adult Group Training consists of group training with 5 or more women, all participating in a fun, tough, and challenging workout. The idea is for people to train with other people who have similar goals and who are in similar positions. The support and motivation from our training staff and the other members of the group will be sure to keep you going until you have reached your goal.
Adult Group Training is also intended to offer innovative programs consisting of weight training as well as cardio training, all in the same hour. These programs are not easy, but they are proved to show results.
