My son went to AE during the summer and the personalized training did wonders for his speed and agility as well as overall strength.  He is having a succedful Sophomore year at Burlington High playing football and just recently had his career best game against Woburn on October 9th.  He had 205 yards rushing and four touchdowns in the 33-0 Burlington victory.  He was honored as player of the week in Division 2 in the Boston Globe, Boston Herald, and the Lowell Sun for his efforts in that game.   Thanks for that hard effort with all those at AE.
