What is SPARQ?

SPARQ is dynamic performance training — explosive, athletically-based movements designed to help your athletes get faster, quicker, stronger, and more explosive.

The SPARQ rating (www.sparqtraining.com) is a powerful new tool for measuring overall athleticism. The results of 4 to 5 tests are combined into a single score which shows an athlete (and their coaches) exactly where they stand athletically and how they can improve their performance through training. Each athlete tested can also compare their SPARQ rating with thousands of athletes across the country that plays their sport and position.

Whether you want to find your own SPARQ Rating and results, or compare your ratings and results to athletes across the country in your sport and at your position, receiving a SPARQ rating is an invaluable tool for not only seeing where you stand today, but monitoring your progress throughout a training session.

There are SPARQ ratings for every sport.  The rating is not just a number but it is the ultimate tracking device to determine the level of progress that is being made throughout your training program!
