Team Evolution is bringing a dominant girls’ lacrosse force to New England. Come evolve your skills and take your game to the next level!

TEAM Evolution was founded by former Syracuse Women’s Lacrosse four year captain, All-American, record holder and lacrosse standout, Katrina Hable. Based out of Athletic Evolution in Woburn, she has built an elite year round youth and high school program that will give girls ranging from 5th to 12th grade the opportunity to evolve their lacrosse skills while being held to a high standard. Team Evolution’s initiatives are to create an intense and highly competitive atmosphere through building the following:

* Core
* Character
* Consistency
* Commitment

We have the innate desire to make each member of TEAM Evolution a great lacrosse player, athlete and student. The goal is to instill structure, discipline, teamwork, leadership, trust, and a competitive edge that the girls will not only use on the field but off the field as well.

AE’s Lorenzo Papa Featured on ESPN Boston

ESPN Boston recently interviewed Lorenzo Papa after a workout at AE and included him in their Player Perspective featured article. Coming off a stellar junior baseball season this past spring, where he hit .543 with 9 home runs and 48 RBI, Papa explains how he has become so successful through his training regimen at AE. As he heads into his junior year at Arlington Catholic, Papa has already committed to attend the University of Rhode Island where he will play baseball.

4 WEEK FALL PRESEASON TRAINING PROGRAM

August 2nd through August 26th

Did you miss the boat this summer and now you’re panicking because you’re not ready for your high school fall sport? Did vacation or other commitments keep you from really preparing yourself for the upcoming season? If so then it’s not too late to get something out of this summer and Athletic Evolution has a program just for you!

For the first time ever, we are offering a Fall Preseason Prep Training program to help those athletes who did not get what they wanted out of the summer. These workouts will be run in an intense, captains’ practice-like atmosphere where we will make sure you are ready to go in the four weeks leading up to tryouts. Take advantage of AE’s 30,000 square foot one-of-a-kind facility, our expert training staff, and our groundbreaking Nike SPARQ Training methods to salvage the rest of the summer. Just 90 minutes a day, four days a week will whip you into shape!

PROGRAM DETAILS

When: August 2^nd – August 26^th (4 weeks)

Monday-Thursday – 5:00pm-6:30pm

Cost: $60/week

* Athletes must sign up by Monday, August 16^th

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

SPARQ Training – 45 minutes

Focuses on improving speed, agility, explosiveness, and conditioning

Flexibility & Strength – 45 minutes

Targeted stretching and core strengthening exercises to prepare your body for the upcoming season

Limits the risk of injury during the season

St. John’s Prep 2-sport star Pat Connaughton, one of our consistent standout performers here at AE, was recently featured in an article by ESPN Boston where he discusses his busy summer schedule as various Division I schools compete to recruit him in both basketball and baseball.
