I want to thank you and your staff at Athletic Evolution for the terrific job you have done in training my son. His athletic development is directly related to his work at AE. He’s consistently increased his strength, speed, and flexibility. The staff at AE has been exceptional and the most valuable asset I believe you have to offer. I would definitely recommend Athletic Evolution to any parent whose child wants to take that next step to get to the next level in any sport. I am grateful for the input into my son’s development as an athlete and a person.

My son went to AE during the summer and the personalized training did wonders for his speed and agility as well as overall strength.  He is having a succedful Sophomore year at Burlington High playing football and just recently had his career best game against Woburn on October 9th.  He had 205 yards rushing and four touchdowns in the 33-0 Burlington victory.  He was honored as player of the week in Division 2 in the Boston Globe, Boston Herald, and the Lowell Sun for his efforts in that game.   Thanks for that hard effort with all those at AE.
