Adult Fitness Classes

AE is now offering up to 56 group classes a month for adults interested in taking their fitness to the next level.   These classes will include a proper warm up at the beginning and cool down and stretch at the end and depending on the specific class will offer a combination of the following – strength training, core work, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility. Our classes are fun, challenging and are sure to help you achieve whatever your individual goals may be.

Whether you are just starting out or have been working out for years and are sick of the old grind at the local gyms, these classes will educate and teach you how to see the results you have been striving to achieve.
