Athletic Enhancement

AE offers the most innovative and proven strength and conditioning programs in the North East.  Our state-of-the-art facility allows for year round uninterrupted movement training on our 70 yards of indoor turf.  Our group based Athletic Enhancement programs, which are typically for athletes ages 12+ (no adults), are intense and are designed with two simple purposes: keep our athletes injury free and make our athletes more dynamic and explosive.  All of our programs have a 7:1 athlete to coach ratio so our athletes are supervise and motivated with safety and results our primary goals.

All of our programs are 2 hours in length.  The fall, winter, and spring sessions offer either 2,3, or 4 day programs and the summer session offer either 2 or 4 day programs.

Each 2 hour workout will include the following:

First hour:

  • Dynamic form running
  • Agility, foot quickness, and change of direction drills
  • Plyometrics in all 3 phases (lateral, linear, and vertical)
  • Speed development both linearly and lateral
  • Conditioning
  • Core stability, balance, and strengthening

Second hour:

  • Strength Training (focusing on proper technique)
  • Olympic Lifts (developing explosive power)
  • Functional Movements (body weight multi-joint movements)
  • Flexibility

Our promise to each athlete is that they will see improvement in their speed, strength, and explosive power.

Team Training

AE also offers entire teams or organizations to work out together in the same format as our Athletic Enhancement Training programs. Your team or organization can reserve spots in the same time slot to ensure that you work out together throughout the 10 week program. Depending on the number of athletes you can also occupy an entire time slot for just your team or organization.
