Mission: Lax

Athletic Evolution’s Mission: Lax programs offer year-round training options for lacrosse players of all ages and skill levels.  From individual and small group private instruction, to camps and clinics, to 3 on 3 box lacrosse leagues, AE truly is a one-stop shop for all your training needs.  Mission: Lax is headed up by Katrina Hable, former Division I lacrosse player at Syracuse University.  While at SU, Katrina was a 3-time IWLCA Division I All-American, 4-Time Northern Regional All-American, made 2 NCAA Tournament Appearances, won an ECAC Championship, and was the first ever women’s lacrosse All-American at Syracuse University.  Trina also holds several records at Syracuse and was a four year Captain of her team. She has over twelve years experience coaching and brings a wealth of knowledge to AE’s Mission: Lax programs.

              

    


Spring 2010 High School Girls Pre-Season Lax

Don’t sit around waiting for lacrosse tryouts to start preparing for your season!  Take advantage of AE’s Lax Prep Workouts to get a leg up on the competition and enter tryouts a step above everyone else.  This group will meet three days per week for three weeks leading up to high school lacrosse tryouts.  Each workout will be 90 minutes in length – 60 minutes of speed, agility, conditioning and flexibility training; 30 minutes of lacrosse skill development.  Through our use of the groundbreaking Nike SPARQ Training methods and expert level lacrosse instruction, you will give yourself the best chance possible to make a great impression with your coaches.

February Break Clinics

Take advantage of your time off from school to make yourself better and start getting ready for the spring season.  AE offers a two day clinic on Thursday, February 18th and Friday, February 19th for high school girls.  The program will focus on improving each player’s skills and will include – individual techniques and position specific instruction; team concepts; attack and defense game strategies; small sided games and competitions.

Open Girls Lacrosse Clinic

Every Sunday from 1:30-2:30pm, Trina runs an open clinic for high school girls lacrosse players interested in taking their game to the next level.  The clinics are run in a practice format and include specific work on – stick skills and fundamentals; dodging; ground balls; defensive positioning; and shooting technique.  For only $20 a day this is a deal that can’t be beat!

Youth In-Season Lax Workouts

AE offers a unique speed, agility and conditioning program to entire teams and organizations who want to supplement their spring practices and games.  This program will help each player not only prepare for the upcoming season by improving their foot speed, quickness and stamina, but it will also allow them to maintain that great shape throughout the entire season. These off-field training days will allow coaches to utilize their valuable (and often limited) on-field practices to focus mainly on putting in plays, improving lacrosse skills, and teaching the fundamentals of the game.

Private Lessons

Katrina will offer private instruction to individuals, small groups (3-6 players), and teams (10+ players) on a limited basis. Lessons will be designed based on individual needs in an effort to prepare players for their spring lacrosse seasons and develop the skills necessary to succeed.  Players of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.

AE Lacrosse Academy

The AE Lacrosse Academy is an intense training program for serious players looking to take their game to the next level, be that high school or college.  This program is designed for those athletes who are committed to improving their game, as the program is challenging for every participant.  AE has developed a progressive lacrosse skills curriculum, along with speed and endurance training methods and skills to elevate each individual’s lacrosse game to their fullest potential.
