Athletic Evolution offers several different personal training options – from one-on-one to small group training – for both athletes and adults looking to achieve specific goals that require more individual attention. We pride ourselves in offering the finest personal training in greater Boston, focusing on all areas of training – balance, core stability, flexibility, and overall strength and endurance. Our clients participate in a workout regimen designed and implemented by a certified and professional trainer, built around their own specific personal health and fitness goals. Whether you want to improve muscle tone, lose weight, or simply improve your overall health, AE can create a program to help you achieve your goals. Our personal trainers are eager to provide motivation, teach proper technique, and help each client see improvement during each 1 hour training session.
One-on-One Training

At AE, our certified, professional trainers will work hand in hand with you from start to finish to make sure you are on the right path to success. Welcome the Newest Member of AE’s Team!
Congratulations to AE President Erik Kaloyanides and his wife Monique on the birth of their beautiful baby girl, Lucia Grace Kaloyanides. Lucia was born Tuesday night and measured 18.5″ and weighed 6 lbs 14 oz. Both mother and baby are healthy and doing well. Welcome to the team Lucia!
