Athletic Evolution offers several different personal training options – from one-on-one to small group training – for both athletes and adults looking to achieve specific goals that require more individual attention. Our clients participate in a workout regimen designed and implemented by a certified and professional trainer, built around their own specific personal health and fitness goals. Whether you want to improve muscle tone, lose weight, or simply improve your overall health, AE can create a program to help you achieve your goals. Our personal trainers are eager to provide motivation, teach proper technique, and help each client see improvement during each 1 hour training session.
One-on-One Training
