AE Adult Fit will offer a variety of programs for Adults including Met-Con, Cardio 1/2 hour, Strength, and Mobility Classes. We will be launching our new schedule and classes on January 1st, 2019! Open Gym and Personal Training Memberships are also available.
Get into world-class shape with AE’s collection of functional training disciplines and metabolic conditioning. Our workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements performed at a high intensity in a group setting. Our goal is to get you in and out within the hour, providing you with an efficient and beneficial workout for the day. No matter what skill level you have and/or what you are looking for AE has a class for you. Start out with one discipline and diversify your routine as you progress OR jump in and maximize your results.

Met-Con– (Metabolic conditioning) high intensity interval training, combining strength and cardio exercises done at a fast pace *Classes offered M-F @ 6am, Sat. @ 8am*
Strength Class– Focusing on explosive/power movements, less emphasis on interval training, strength building program *Classes offered T/W @ 7pm*
Mobility/Stretching Class– For anyone looking to do a full body stretch and gain more mobility, a good class for anyone experiencing tightness or stiffness *Class offered Sat. at 9am*
Mid-Day Sweat Class– A 30-minute class which is cardio intensive, aimed to have you in and out with a great workout all while on your lunch break! *Classes offered T/Th at 11:30am
