Our new Athletic Development Program will take the place of the Customized Performance Training Program. The reason for the change is to give athletes a program they can start immediately instead of going through our evaluation process which delays the start of training by 1-2 weeks. For those looking to still get evaluated, please check out our new Small Group Training Program. These two programs will give athletes options for their training outside of Personal Training and Team Training, so they may select the best option for them.
Just like Customized Performance Training, this program is designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels, and will be run in a semi-private setting (athlete to coach ratio of 5 to 1). With our Athletic Development Program, each athlete will receive a program that will be designed based on their training age, sport they play, and their familiarity with our facility/programs. There is no individual evaluation with this program to save the athlete time and money, but each athlete will still receive a program specialized to help each of them succeed at their specific sport and age group. As is true with all of our programming at Athletic Evolution, every age specific and sport specific program will focus on increasing athletic performance, preventing injuries, and will give athletes an affordable means of training frequently.
Since the program has rolling admission and there is no evaluation required, athletes can immediately start working towards their goals on the same day they sign up. Our program selection for each athlete focuses on a new tiered system of progression. Athletes have the ability to progress through the tiered system as they develop and become more comfortable in the weight room. This ensures they are always progressing forward in our facility and towards their training goals. Once the athlete registers, they will be asked a few questions about their sport/training history and then will be matched up with the right program for them. All Athletes will have the option to train 2 or 4 days a week and the program will reflect the amount of days selected. Younger and newer athletes will get programs focused on teaching them the movement patterns, exercises, and training habits that will lay the foundation of their athletic performance success for years to come. As they progress in our program, the program design will become more advanced and focus on sports specific programming to aid in whatever sport they play. Older athletes and athletes with experience in our programs will start with more advanced and sports specific programs right away.
The flexibility and convenience that everyone loved with Custom Performance Training will remain with our Athletic Development Program. There are 2-day and 4 day memberships for this program, and athletes will be allowed to select their days from various time slots listed below. Just like with Custom Performance Training, athletes will be allowed to select different times each day, and siblings with different programs may come together even though their programs may be different.
