Spring 2019 Schedule

Custom Performance Training Hours:

Classes Offered Year Round:

Monday-Thursday: 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm

Classes Offered During School Year Only (September 2nd-June 17th):

Friday: 3pm and 4pm

Saturday: 9am

*Classes Offered During Summer Break Only (June 18th-August 24th):

Monday-Thursday: 6am, 630am, 730am, 830am, 930am, 1030am, 1130am, 12pm

Friday Open Gym: 6am-12pm

*Please note afternoon classes M-Th (listed above) are available year round, including the summer. Friday afternoon and Saturday morning classes are only offered during the school year.  Morning classes are only available during the summer (June 25th-August 24th).

*College Program is offered M-Th at 6am and 6pm from June 4th-August 30th

*Athletes must reserve their Evaluation session after they have signed up for CPT*
