Winter (November 28th-March 18th) Custom Performance Training Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm

Friday: 3pm and 4pm

Saturday: 9am-11am Open Gym

*Closed Friday, December 23rd-Sunday, December 25th

*Closed Friday, December 30th-Sunday, January 1st

*Athletes must reserve their Evaluation session after they have signed up for CPT*
