*Classes will only be offered M-Th at 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm

*Open Gym will be available M-F 6am-12pm

*Closed Saturday, September 2nd – Monday, September 4th for Labor Day Weekend

*Fall Schedule starts Tuesday, September 5th (See schedule below)

Custom Performance Training Hours:

Classes Offered Year Round:

Monday-Thursday: 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm

Classes Offered During School Year Only (September 5th-June 24th):

Friday: 3pm and 4pm

Saturday: 9am

*Classes Offered During Summer Break Only (June 26th-August 25th):

Monday-Thursday: 6am, 630am, 730am, 830am, 930am, 1030am, 1130am, 12pm

Friday Open Gym: 6am-12pm

*Please note afternoon classes M-Th (listed above) are available year round, including the summer.

*College Program is offered M-Th at 6am and 6pm from June 2nd-August 25th

*Athletes must reserve their Evaluation session after they have signed up for CPT*
