Custom Performance Training Hours:

Classes offered until Sept 14 2020:

M-TH: 6am, 7:30am, 10am, 1pm, 4pm, 5pm, & 6pm.

Friday: 6am, 7am, 8am, 10:30am (Ends 8/28)

***No Friday classes September 4th & September 11th (August 28th last Friday session)***

Classes Offered Year Round:

Monday-Thursday: 6:15am, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm

Classes Offered During School Year Only (September 14th-June 17th):

Friday: 3pm and 4pm

Saturday: 9am

*Fall Season Schedule: Possible morning times available

*Please note afternoon classes M-Th (listed above) are available year round, including the summer. Friday afternoon and Saturday morning classes are only offered during the school year.  Morning classes are only available during the summer (June 25th-August 28th).
