Erik Kaloyanides CSCS
The staff is led by head strength and conditioning specialist and President of Athletic Evolution, Erik Kaloyanides CSCS. After an outstanding high school and college football career at Reading Memorial High School and Syracuse University, Erik has focused his career on improving athletic performance and health and wellness for people of all ages and abilities. Erik is a certified by the NSCA as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has trained thousands of local athletes in all sports.

Congratulations to former Harvard QB and Reading High School standout Chris Pizzotti as he is signed a contract to play for the NY Jets. Congratulations to Lexington High School's Will Marcal for his great start to the season. Here is a quote from the Daily Times Chronicle regarding the growth of Will from last year to next year. "The Minutemen have two sophomores that are really coming into their own this however, as freshman standout Wil Marcal has come back bigger and stronger this season after a standout year as a freshman. Marcal is already Lexington’s left-handed ace as a second-year player and is their best offensive player as an outfielder when he’s not pitching on the mound.
