Warm Up-Full Stretch
Skill- Goat training (20min)
*Anything that you need extra work on. It can be anything from Pull Ups and Rope Climbs to OH Squat and Snatches. All bar movements will be done with less then 50% of max to work on technique. Have some fun with it.
Cash Out- Rolling
