I would not be in the physical shape that I am today if I did not decide to join AE with my soccer program. The coaches are amazing and make waking up at 7 am every morning so worth it!!
AE is the best, it got me in shape for college soccer! The environment is awesome and so is everyone who works there!
My sons have been going to Reggie for the past few months and they are much more prepared for their upcoming football season and for the college recruiting process because of it. He is knowledgeable, supportive, and responsive. Highly recommend!
The environment in the gym is nothing less than what I could ask for, competitive, fun, inclusive and a family feeling. The connections I made through this gym are connections I will keep my entire life.
I really appreciate that they take the time to talk to me and work out the right type of training my son requires and then tailor his sessions accordingly. Very personalized and it’s been a great experience so far.
The workouts are always intense and serve purpose. If you want to reach your full potential you should 100% be going here because everyone cares about one another.
