Continuing education for all interns during their internship includes topics such as; Program design, Return to Sport, Bridging the Gap with Physical Therapy, and Interview Prep/Professional development. Internships can be for independent experience or for course credit. No certifications are required but candidates must either be enrolled in a Health and Fitness related major, or have a passion for Strength and Conditioning. Ideal candidates should possess a strong work ethic, passion for the field of S&C, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Who should do this Internship: Athletic Evolution is a unique facility that includes Athletic Performance Training, Rehabilitation Programs, and Evaluations of injured and healthy athletes.  We have had over 300 interns come through our program and move on to become Physical Therapists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Personal Trainers, Athletic Trainers, Athlete Training Facility Directors, Health Club Directors, Orthopedic Surgeons, and Exercise Physiologists. During their time here, interns will be exposed to strength and conditioning, personal training, rehab, adult training, nutrition, power lifting, and Olympic lifting.
