Athletic Evolution’s Athletic Development program is designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels. The athlete will receive a program based on their training age, and familiarity with our facility/programs. The program will be an introduction into strength and conditioning for younger athletes (middle school) and older athletes (high school) who have little to no experience. There is no individual evaluation, but our programs are specialized to introduce athletes to a structured strength and conditioning program and provide them with a fun and safe environment. After 3 phases of our Athletic Development program, athletes will graduate to our Small Group Training program. Athletes may choose from 2 day and 4 day monthly options and can immediately start working towards their goals on the same day they sign up.
The program will focus on teaching athletes the movement patterns, exercises, and training habits that will lay the foundation of their athletic performance success for years to come. Older athletes and athletes with experience in our programs should start with the Elite Semi Private Training or Small Group Training which is more advanced and includes sports specific programs.
Athletes have a variety of Athletic Development Membership options.
