Linear Speed Development:
In order to train linear speed it must be done in personal or small group settings so we can customize running mechanics and power development to your specific needs and GAIT. If interested in learning more please contact [email protected] for more information.
Combine Specific Training:
Every high school football player at some point in there high school career is going to attend a college football camp, showcase, or combine and the worst possible thing to do is to go to one of these unprepared. If a player does not know how to properly run the 40 or do the pro agility it can significantly impact their recruiting process in a negative light. So much emphasis is now placed on your athletic measurables that you are doing yourself a disservice doing the drills without learning proper technique. You wouldn’t go into a football game without practicing so why would you go to a combine without practicing the drills you are going to do there. Athletic Evolution has been training high school, college, and pros to do combine drills since 2005. We have placed over 20 players in NFL training camps and more players in Division 1 schools than any other facility in New England because of the success of our combine training program. Here is your opportunity to learn from the best and put yourself in a great position to perform at your highest level. Combine specific training is available in both small group and 1 on 1 settings.
